Neil Hart became Managing Director in 2015 and has a strong background in residential and commercial property surveying services and has been responsible for an extensive range of commercial properties for a large client base in Newcastle. Neil headed up the team responsible for the successful launch of Bradley Hall’s Gosforth office in 2005 and most recently Grey Street in 2011. Since he has forged a strong reputation as one of Newcastle’s most dynamic chartered surveyors and has developed excellent relationships with clients by delivering a first-class service.Email me
Peter Bartley BSc. (Hons) MRICS
Peter Bartley, who joined the firm more than 20 years ago, continues his regional commercial role in addition to taking full responsibility and overview of the growing residential side of the business. An expert in handling high value, luxury residential property matters, he provides consultancy services on key residential transactions, conducts valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals and advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of retail properties.
Geoff Davis BA. (Hons) FCA
Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and joined Bradley Hall in March 2010. A highly motivated and experienced accountant, he specialises in property and previously enjoyed a 22-year career at Grainger plc, the listed residential landlord, where he was company secretary before progressing to head of finance.
In his current role Geoff is responsible for all aspects of finance and provides key services to clients including the production of service charge accounts and cash flow budgeting.
Richard Rafique BSc. (Hons) MRICS
Richard was appointed by Bradley Hall in 2014 to strengthen the commercial team at the Grey Street office. He has extensive experience of multiple disciplines within the profession, which has enabled him to provide expert advice on a broad range of issues including property management and valuations. Richard is a highly proactive agent and works closely with clients to acquire and dispose of premises in accordance with their requirements. As an RICS registered valuer, he provides valuation advice for several financial institutions and pension schemes.
Catherine Affleck BSc (Hons) MRICS
Catherine has worked at Bradley Hall for over 10 years. She has a first class honours degree in Estate Management. In 2017 she was promoted to Operations Director. In her current role, Catherine reports to the Board of Directors and oversees day to day activities to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the organisation at the direction of the Group Managing Director. Catherine specialises in Property Management and continues to lead and oversee a growing property management department, dealing with service charge management and landlord and tenant matters. Always keen to put something back, Catherine became an RICS APC Assessor in 2015.Email me

Matt was promoted to Director of Estate Agency in early 2017 following his success overseeing the firm's residential operations in Northumberland. Matt’s expertise in the property market stems from an accomplished background in estate agency in which he progressed from a sales negotiator to take on responsibility in more senior roles.Email me

Lewis has over a decade of experience working within mortgages and property sales. Alnwick Office Manager
Rosie Spours joined Bradley Hall in January 2016, following a successful career at one of London’s leading estate agencies, Rosie returned to her hometown of Alnwick to continue her career in the property industry. As part of the Northumberland team, Rosie oversees sales and lettings for clients in the Alnwick office.Email me

Nicola joined Bradley Hall in 2016 as a secretary to the director, Peter Bartley. Nicola helps with his schedule and day to day working life as well as assisting with administrative duties and diary management and supporting her colleagues in Durham .Email me

Simra has recently joined Bradley Hall as a Property Executive after reaching the completion of her apprenticeship in Level 2 Sale in Residential Property. Simra previously worked at First Choice Estates and has experience in both residential sales and lettings. Oliver joined Bradley Hall in 2015 as a placement student and has recently completed his degree in Real Estate. Oliver has joined the Morpeth team as a graduate surveyor and will be dealing with both commercial and residential matters including sales, lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and more. Georgina began working at Bradley Hall in November 2012 as an accounts assistant. Georgina deals with various aspects of accounting procedures such as office and client purchase ledger, petty cash reconciliations, assisting property surveyors and dealing with incoming queries from not only clients but also suppliers and tenants. Tracy joined Bradley Hall’s Newcastle head office at the end of 2016 as an Accounts Officer. Tracy has extensive knowledge and experience of accounting procedures and some of her duties include credit control, client statements, monitor proforma invoices and bank reconciliation as well as assisting with other accounting responsibilities .Email me
