Group Managing Director

Neil joined Bradley Hall in 2000 and became Managing Director is 2015. Neil has a reputable background in property services and has been responsible for an extensive range of commercial properties for a large client base in Newcastle. He has forged a strong reputation as one of Newcastle’s most dynamic chartered surveyors and has developed excellent relationships with clients by delivering a first-class service. Neil has overseen the company as it has gone from strength to strength and has been responsible for the overall expansion of Bradley Hall’s service offerings and increases in staffing and office locations.

Peter Bartley BSc. (Hons) MRICS

Group Director

Since joining the firm 20 years ago, Peter has become a senior director of Bradley Hall and its group companies.

Peter is an expert in both residential and commercial property matters, and has spent many years heading up residential operations with a particular specialism in high value, luxury residential property matters.

Within his role Peter has also acted in the sale/purchase of a number of residential and commercial land deals, commercial/residential investment opportunities as well as more recently the acquisition and disposal of retail and leisure properties. He has played a part in a range of major and celebrated projects across the region.

Geoff Davis BA. (Hons) FCA

Finance Director

Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and joined Bradley Hall in March 2010. Geoff is a highly motivated and experienced accountant and he specialises in property. In his current role Geoff is responsible for all aspects of finance and provides key services to clients including the production of service charge accounts and cash flow budgeting.

Richard Rafique BSc. (Hons) MRICS

Director

Richard was appointed by Bradley Hall in 2014 to strengthen the commercial team. He has extensive experience of multiple disciplines within the profession, which has enabled him to provide expert advice on a broad range of services. He is highly proactive and works closely with clients to acquire and dispose of premises. As an RICS registered valuer, he provides valuation advice for several financial institutions and pension schemes.

Catherine Affleck BSc (Hons) MRICS

Ops. Director & Head of Property Management

Catherine joined Bradley Hall 13 years ago. She has a first class honours degree in Estate Management. In 2017 she was promoted to Operations Director. In her current role, Catherine reports to the Board of Directors and oversees day to day activities to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the organisation at the direction of the Group Managing Director. Catherine is Head of Property Management and continues to lead and oversee the growing property management department, dealing with service charge management and landlord and tenant matters.

Matt was promoted to Director of Estate Agency in early 2017 following his success overseeing the firm's residential operations in Northumberland. Matt’s expertise in the property market stems from an accomplished background in estate agency in which he progressed from a sales negotiator to take on responsibility in more senior roles.

Senior Surveyor - Residential

Following the completion of a Bsc Honours degree in Estate Management and later qualifying as a chartered surveyor, Josie joins the company with over four years of experience in residential development and valuation. Josie will be working with the team to provide a specialist new homes sales service and extensive development advice.

Chartered Surveyor

Emma has joined the Sunderland team as a chartered surveyor with three years of experience within the industry. She deals with a number of residential and commercial instructions within Sunderland and surrounding areas including lettings and sales. Emma recently achieved her MRICS status and is on the Regional RICS Matrics Committee acting as a Student and Universities Liaison Officer and is also a member of the NAWIC.

Kathryn has recently joined our Alnwick team after having almost 10 years of experience in the property industry. She has extensive knowledge of the local area and Northumberland and is on hand to personally deal with clients, viewings, marketing properties and customer services.

Gabrielle joined the residential team in Durham this year as a property executive after taking an interest in the property industry. Gabrielle tends to client care, the marketing of mansions and well-presented family homes as well as carrying out viewings, negotiating sales and has become an integral member of the team.

English Language, Linguistics and Creative Writing graduate, Laura, joins Bradley Hall following a role at national house-builder Bellway Homes. Her role as Property Executive will see Laura involved in sales and lettings, marketing properties, conducting viewings, dealing with clients on a daily basis.

Lewis Chambers CeMAP

Director of Financial Services

Professional mortgage broker Lewis Chambers deals with matters relating to financial planning and day to day running of the Gosforth office. Lewis has over a decade of experience working within mortgages and property sales. Having gained experience within high street banking and estate agency he has a great understanding of the industry as a whole.

Samantha Smith

Client Manager

Samantha works for the BH Mortgages team and assists Lewis and Sarah with administration duties. Samantha is also responsible for chasing documents, keeping clients updated, and liaising with solicitors, banks, purchasers and vendors to ensure each client has a smooth mortgage journey. Samantha is on hand to deal with any queries from the start to the completion of the sale or re-mortgage.

Paul Simpson

Accounts Manager

Paul joined Bradley Hall in 2017 as an Accounts Clerk and was quickly promoted to Accounts Manager. Paul is responsible for Property Management accounting, purchase and sales ledger administration, bank reconciliations as well as purchase ordering, producing fee invoices and client/tenant statements. Paul also assists with handling incoming accounts enquiries.

Accounts Manager

Tracy joined Bradley Hall’s Newcastle head office at the end of 2016 as an Accounts Officer and was promoted to Accounts Manager in 2017. Tracy has extensive knowledge and experience of accounting procedures and some of her duties include credit control, client statements, monitoring proforma invoices and bank reconciliation as well as assisting with other accounting responsibilities.

Thomas Lough

Purchase ledger clerk

Thomas joins the team as a purchase ledger clerk, and will provide support to the department including office (Sage) bookkeeping, including processing of purchase orders and invoices, Sage sales invoice production and assisting with credit control. Thomas graduated from Northumbria University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
