Group Director

Peter joined the firm more than 20 years ago and continues his regional commercial role in addition to taking full responsibility and overview of the growing residential department. An expert in handling high value, luxury residential property matters, he provides consultancy services, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals and advises clients on the acquisition and disposal of properties.

Finance Director

Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and joined Bradley Hall in March 2010. Geoff is a highly motivated and experienced accountant and he specialises in property. In his current role Geoff is responsible for all aspects of finance and provides key services to clients including the production of service charge accounts and cash flow budgeting.

Richard Rafique BSc. (Hons) MRICS

Director

Richard was appointed by Bradley Hall in 2014 to strengthen the commercial team. He has extensive experience of multiple disciplines within the profession, which has enabled him to provide expert advice on a broad range of services. He is highly proactive and works closely with clients to acquire and dispose of premises. As an RICS registered valuer, he provides valuation advice for several financial institutions and pension schemes.

Catherine Affleck BSc (Hons) MRICS

Operations Director

Catherine joined Bradley Hall in 2005 and has a first class honours degree in Estate Management. In 2017 she was promoted to Operations Director, reporting to the Board of Directors and overseeing day to day activities to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the organisation. Specialising in Property Management, she leads a growing property management department, dealing with service charge management and landlord and tenant matters.

Matt was promoted to Director of Estate Agency in early 2017 following his success overseeing the firm's residential operations in Northumberland. Matt’s expertise in the property market stems from an accomplished background in estate agency in which he progressed from a sales negotiator to take on responsibility in more senior roles.

Professional mortgage broker Lewis Chambers deals with matters relating to financial planning and day to day running of the Gosforth office. Lewis has over a decade of experience working within mortgages and property sales. Having gained experience within high street banking and estate agency he has a great understanding of the industry as a whole.

Chartered Surveyor

Emma has joined the Sunderland team as a chartered surveyor with three years of experience within the industry. She deals with a number of residential and commercial instructions within Sunderland and surrounding areas including lettings and sales. Emma recently achieved her MRICS status and is on the Regional RICS Matrics Committee acting as a Student and Universities Liaison Officer and is also a member of the NAWIC.

Durham Office Manager

Danny has joined Bradley Hall as Durham office manager and oversees the running of the Durham office. Danny has 12 years of estate agency experience and will be dealing with valuations and acquisitions. Danny prides himself with having a dynamic personality and is great with client interactions.

Property Executive

Liam has joined Bradley Hall in August 2016 as a property executive. Liam has decided to pursue a career in estate agency and has recently relocated to our Alnwick office. Liam assists with sales and lettings to the Alnwick clients.

PA and Administrator

Carolyn is the PA to Peter Bartley and Danny Miles and is responsible for the administration duties in the Durham office. Carolyn is enthusiastic about her work and is also involved with the sales progression. She is efficient, organised and has a caring manner towards her work and clients.

Elizabeth began her career with Bradley Hall this year after over 20 years of experience in the property industry. Elizabeth oversees valuations across the company’s Gosforth and Alnwick operations, covering areas from Berwick to Gateshead.

Property Executive

Simra joined Bradley Hall in 2016 as a Property Executive after reaching the completion of her apprenticeship in Level 2 Sale in Residential Property. Simra has experience in both residential sales and lettings and has recently relocated to the Gosforth office and has established rapport with the extensive client base and is an integral part of the Gosforth team.

Oliver joined Bradley Hall in 2015 as a placement student and has recently completed his degree in Real Estate. Oliver has joined the Morpeth team as a graduate surveyor and will be dealing with both commercial and residential matters including sales, lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, valuations and more. Oliver is currently working towards his APC.

Tracy joined Bradley Hall’s Newcastle head office at the end of 2016 as an Accounts Officer. Tracy has extensive knowledge and experience of accounting procedures and some of her duties include credit control, client statements, monitor proforma invoices and bank reconciliation as well as assisting with other accounting responsibilities .

Accounts Clerk

Paul joined Bradley Hall this year as an accounts clerk. Paul is responsible for purchase and sales ledger administration, bank reconciliations and credit control as well as purchase ordering, producing fee invoices and client/tenant statements. Paul also assists with handling incoming accounts enquiries.

Georgina Manning MAAT

Accounts Assistant

Georgina began working at Bradley Hall in November 2012 as an accounts assistant. Georgina deals with various aspects of accounting procedures such as office and client purchase ledger, petty cash reconciliations, assisting property surveyors and dealing with incoming queries from not only clients but also suppliers and tenants. Georgina also works closely with the finance director with dealing with service charge accounts.
